A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT TEMPLATE DESIGNED FOR THE PATROL OFFICER

As a police officer assigned to patrol duties, handling nonfatal traffic accidents, it became obvious that none of the nine traffic accident templates that I carried were designed for my needs on the road.

As a current patrol officer, I designed the ROAD WIZARD traffic accident templates based on the needs of the traffic accident investigator. Who must document the common, everyday traffic accident diagrams on the state report forms. At location, quickly and consistently in a short period of time.

The ROAD WIZARD, JR.,#1a (pocket size) and the ROAD WIZARD, #2 are in the 1"=36' scale. This scale is ideal for use in the limited space usually provided in the State Crash / Accident Report forms to draw the accident diagram. The ROAD WIZARD "20" is in the traditional 1"=20' scale.

Our templates are made out of colored cellulose butyrate .They are virtually indestructible. Its color enhances transparency in poor light, and are easy to find if dropped or misplaced. All cut-outs for traffic lanes, parking spaces, pivots, pedestrians, animal, vehicles, etc. are sized for use with a metal medium ball point pen.
